Rezerwacja i p\u0142atno\u015bci<\/h3><ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Najemca zobowi\u0105zany jest do sprawdzenia dost\u0119pno\u015bci terminu w kalendarzu rezerwacji.<\/p><\/li><li><p>W celu rezerwacji nale\u017cy skontaktowa\u0107 si\u0119 z wynajmuj\u0105cym telefonicznie lub mailowo.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Rezerwacja zostaje potwierdzona po wp\u0142acie zaliczki w wysoko\u015bci 3<b>0% kwoty<\/b>\u00a0na konto bankowe wynajmuj\u0105cego.<\/p><\/li><li><p>W przypadku braku wp\u0142aty w terminie rezerwacja mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 anulowana.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3>3. Zasady pobytu<\/h3><ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Doba hotelowa rozpoczyna si\u0119 o godzinie <b>16:00<\/b> i ko\u0144czy o godzinie <strong>10:00<\/strong> .<\/p><\/li><li><p>Najemca zobowi\u0105zany jest do dbania o porz\u0105dek i u\u017cywania nieruchomo\u015bci zgodnie z jej przeznaczeniem.<\/p><\/li><li><p>W obiekcie obowi\u0105zuje <strong>zakaz palenia<\/strong> oraz wprowadzania zwierz\u0105t.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Organizowanie imprez i wydarze\u0144 jest zabronione.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3>4. Odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 i kaucja<\/h3><ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Najemca ponosi pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za wszelkie szkody wyrz\u0105dzone w trakcie pobytu.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Mo\u017ce by\u0107 pobierana kaucja w wysoko\u015bci <b>0<\/b>, kt\u00f3ra zostanie zwr\u00f3cona w ci\u0105gu <b>1<\/b>\u00a0dni po zako\u0144czeniu pobytu, o ile nie zostan\u0105 stwierdzone \u017cadne uszkodzenia.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Wynajmuj\u0105cy nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za rzeczy pozostawione przez najemc\u0119.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3>5. Anulowanie rezerwacji<\/h3><ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Anulowanie rezerwacji na co najmniej 4 dni przed planowanym przyjazdem skutkuje zwrotem zaliczki.<\/p><\/li><li><p>W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c <b>4 <\/b>dni przed przyjazdem zaliczka nie podlega zwrotowi.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3>6.
